All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail or by courier, depending on the total weight of the items ordered.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. If the Products arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us by email within 7 days and return the goods to us within [14] days via a recorded-delivery service. We will then promptly arrange for a refund or undamaged Products to be delivered to you and will refund your direct postage costs of returning the damaged goods to us.
